سيدة تبلغ من العمر42 عاماً هذه السيدة تتعرض بشكل دائم الى العنف النفسي والجسدي كالضرب بشكل مبرح الذي يمارس عليها من قبل زوجها  ذهبت هذه السيدة للمشاركة في جلسات ارشاد نفسي جماعي يعقده احد المراكز في المنطقة وشعرت السيدة ان ذلك الجلسات تساعدها في تفريغ عن حالتها وشعور في السعادة والراحة وفي احد اللقاءات  قامت السيدة في تعبير عن ماتتعرض له داخل المنزل من تعنيف نفسي وجسدي من قبل زوجها وقد كان هناك أحد المشاركات التي نقلت  لزوجها ماذا فعلت زوجته وماذا عبرت عنه واثناء عودتها الى المنزل لقد تم تعنيفها وضربها بشكل غير إنساني ولم يكتفي الزوج في ذلك لقد حرمها من ذهاب الى الجلسات والخروج من المنزل ووصفت السيدة  المنزل عبارة عن “سجن يقيد حريتها” فقط لأنها وجدت المكان الذي تشعر وتعبر فيه عن رأيها بكل أمان، ونتيجة الضرب المستمر لها من زوجها دخلت السيدة للمستشفى واحتاجت عدة عمليات جراحية وتجميلية واستمرت حتى الآن تعاني من تشوهات في وجهها وعدة أعضاء في جسمها.

42-years-old woman, is constantly subjected to psychological and physical violence, such as severe beatings by her husband.  This woman went to participate in a psychological counselling sessions held by one of the centres in the region. The lady felt that these sessions help her to relieve her condition and she was happy and comfortable. The lady expressed her self-and physical abuse by her husband. one of the participants  conveyed to the husband what his wife said. The husband abused her and beaten inhumanly, and he prevented her from going to the sessions and from getting out of the house.

She described her house as a “prison that restricts her freedom” only because she found the place where she feels and expresses her opinion safely, and as a result of the constant beating of her husband, she went to the hospital and needed several surgeries and she is suffering face and body deformity till now.
